LUNCH IN BATH

Mmmmmmmm...good!

MORE PICTURES FROM BATH....

Many drank the mineral water from the spring....supposed to be a "cure-all" .....didn't work----they're still teenagers....lol

FROM MASALA ZONE RESTAURANT

Hi all.  Having Indian curry at this restaurant before going to see "Jersey boys. " had a terrific day in pastoral Engkand....rolling green hills (sorry to rub the fact we have no snow)....beautiful sunny day, blue skies...wow!  Had a three hour ride to Bath to see the ancient Roman baths. .....fascinating...grabbed a Cornish Pasty for lunch then on to Stonehendge. These monoliths are amazing---probably the oldest thing these travelers will ever see (except for Mr. Murray).  Speaking of which, they're all making fun of me for writing "eye pad" yesterday instead of iPad ....I told them I was still under the influence of the London Eye!  Can't believe tomorrow is the last day...time has flown by and we really have crammed in a lot these, past few days....it's been a wonderful whirlwind.

Greetings from London...on Monday.  I must have been still lag when I posted yesterday....I said it was Mondy when it was actually Sunday.  How time flies when you're having fun...and FUN WE ARE HAVING!!  Today was awesome...we had a lot of free time today so Kay, our tour guide, helped us plan the following....out by 8:30am....off to the Towrr of London for the morning....the Crown Jewels, torture room, armor exhibit....loads more.  Had a 2:30 "flight" on the London Eye, followed by a boat trip on the Thames.  Dinner was at an Asian noodle chain called Waggamama....mmmmmmm, good!  We rode a double decker bus to Victoria Station, saw Westminister Cathedral, and ended the day with a 7:30 performance of "Wicked"......whew! Got back to the hotel by 11:00....and it was lights out as we have an early departure in the morning!  Off to Bath and Stonhendge tomorrow.  Cheers!
